Day 6 of exercising. I am feeling good and down 6lbs. So about a pound a day with exercise. I have to say I do want the scale to move more quickly but I will have to get over that. I like feeling fit. Zumba yesterday was hard. Not physically, well kinda, but I mean it was the looking in the mirror part. I felt so inadequate. Sweat was dripping and although when I put the clothes on I felt good standing there I just felt awful. I almost quit. I almost decided that Zumba was not for me and if I could just get through that workout I would never have to go back.
Yesterday was just all around sucky and I think that is why I felt so awful. I was yelling at kids and people, being lazy, dealing with attacks all around. I looked at my Bible over and over again and refused to pick it up. How stupid! Anyways...today is yoga, yard sales, swimming and block party bbq. Then I plan to workout later tonight too. I like night time working out. Helps me not to eat after dinner.
This week is gonna be good. 6/5- weights 6/6- kickboxing 6/7-weights n zumba 6/8- spin 6/9- body step 6/10-weights and zumba
I hope I can do it. I will remember that I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.
