August is a difficult month for me because it was my birthday early in the month but I really been enjoying these past couple of weeks. Now it's time to get my daily workout routine going & I bought this fancy dress for my brother's wedding on labour day weekend & I could lose 5 lbs before then. I haven't seen my family in a long time & I am excited to show them my transformation from 220lb to 163lbs. You can do it too, believe in yourself!
