Still on track for re-visiting my goal weight and STAYING this time! It's taking more time getting there, but I'm happy with the current trend. One more pound until I get my blue line back.
On a canine note.....Houston Collie Rescue will have even MORE dogs, as an expectant female is due to deliver 6-7 puppies this week. That should bring their count approaching 150...amazing (and sad).

Thanks Heather. My goal weight remains 145. I will still have extra fat on my body, but for now, I will be quite content living in the 140's on a consistent basis. That consistency is my upcoming goal. :)

Glad you are nearly back at goal. I'm so close too but it's only an interim goal, I want to go a little lower. Yep, it gets harder and harder doesn't it? The secret, not to have to keep doing it over and over and over. LOL
