Yesterday was better. That is - Rocker didn't call my chubby like she did the day before. :)
Getting a gas furnace today. We've been without for three years. It will be nice not to have to get up at 3 AM to put wood in the woodstove come winter... which is about a week away here. Cèst la vie. It kind of stinks. I wanted to go out hunting birds this morning. Maybe tomorrow.
I still want the starchies, but I think I may have my head rewired. I'm not ready to lose weight yet as there's still a lot to do and I'll need the energy. Over half the firewood is in. I really need to get that moose in October.

Brent. There are people in the area who are still living without electrical hookups. I should tell you a little something about our town. There's a dogleg in the middle of town on the highway where it jogs about 50 feet to the right then straightens back out. When they decided it was time to run a highway through (about 90 years ago) they drew a straight line and there was one obstacle. It was the town bar. They wanted the guy to move it. He steadfastly refused. They went around him. The kicker? The bar was in a tent.

Since a good night's sleep is supposed to promote weight loss, I'd say the gas furnace is good news. Keep on fighting those carb cravings!

In Florida there's summer, and cool summer (I hear it snowed there last year though). Get that moose as in hunt? I've had elk but never moose even though I grew up in Canada

Yes. This year I get two weeks. 1 week for bow - 1 week for rifle. Rifle tends to be more productive. We get one every 2-3 years. It's really close to eating beef, except it isn't fed antibiotics and junk or spend it's life sleeping in other critters... you know how feed lots can be.

what do you mean justification for not moving it? ive been camping once and i didnt wanna put the tent away before going. it sucks to pack up!
