About my birthday yesterday, I had a family dinner at home, nothing out of the ordinary. I got a pair of earrings from my husband and the new cell phone from my son. My daughter cooked the meal and gave me some sugar free chocolates. lol, she is a chocolate fanatic. Thanks for the birthday wishes. I wish all of you the best wishes possible. I ran out of time today, but I am slowly getting to read your journals and look at your weigh ins. I will try to come to FS earlier in the day next time. When I wait until after dinner to journal, it seems my energy is really low. Have a great day or great evening wherever you are. Thanks for the birthday wishes, prayers and positive thoughts.
