Well, I'm a bit distressed at having gained weight. I thought it was a temporary setback while my body recovered from diuretics, but it appears to be a genuine gain. I'm now back at the weight from April 27th, meaning I lost a month's worth of diet work. :/

I have eaten out more, and I know I've had a couple of really bad days, but still . . . Maybe I haven't been accurate in my calorie estimates. I started anew today. And I've been good about exercising again. I just hope I'm not really stuck.

It occurs to me as I type that this has a been a long-term fear - that i would get close and not be able to shed the last 5-10 pounds. I've got to practice my postive thinking and also get back on my fiber snack (it really helps fight hunger). And I'm praying. I'm worried because I'm still powerless over food. When will I ever win this battle? When will I figure out what void I'm trying to fill? I'm so weak. . .
