For Monday September 8, 2014. Finally lost!! I guess that's what happens when you can finally go! :D Didn't do my walking this morning. Planned a long day at the fair. Didn't turn out that way. Woke up really late because of not going to bed until 7 am. No sleep at all before that.

Went to the fair. Had 1/2 a sirloin steak with onions, no bun. 1/2 an ice cream in a cup. Roasted corn on the cob with butter and salt. 6 sugar, vanilla roasted pecans. I don't think I did really bad.

Didn't meet the steps or burn goals at all today. Mom was waling very slow and needed to stop and rest a lot. Will probably be back up tomorrow.

Have to wait and see I guess.
