Routine week, I found myself standing at the cross roads of temptation a few times. Win some and lose some. All in all I'm staying focused on the goal, to become a healthier person. I make choices that supports this goal, choosing the right food, exercising, reading or accepting support from friends. All small steps focused on a lifestyle change. To date I've lost 28.5lbs in 10 weeks ~ 2.9lbs/week some times I think it's to fast but listening to you at FS it'll slow down at some point. Have a great week.
