Still not enough protein! That always seems to be the issue for me. I
I did have watermelon and salad 🥗 for supper. No carbs except what was in the watermelon.
Increased walking yesterday. Got in 15000 steps!
Drank better yesterday and swelling seems to be down quite a lot.
So maybe the break for a week will help a bit.
Didn’t sleep well. Soon the crazy schedule will start!
