Hello my darling Fs family…. Woke up early coffee out the door went to the supermarket to buy protein meat & chicken salad vegetables including potatoes… back on healthy eating… need to tighten the rope … I don’t wish to slip back into carbs and all the bad stuff today will be unhealthy because need to get things done won’t have time to cook everything here is drenched in oil even mixed grill so it’s pointless might just have a jacket potato or sandwich all the stuff I had given up tomorrow is another day 😊 I know one can do it again less anxious in regards to weight loss then in the past
