Now that I'm getting the diet sorted out....
78,3 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 2,8 kg.    Sisa: 2,1 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

There we go, a step in the right direction! How are you eating the coconut oil? I remember you saying that you didn't really care of it.

Must have been someone else, Brent. I have replaced my espresso with coffee in the morning and then I'm done with it. Bulletproof coffee. Generally, I use butter or eat cheese, add olive oil etc for my fat.
