I haven't worked out in 5 days!!! I've been so busy...3 cities in 6 days - lots of driving & lots of visiting with family/friends. But, I will definitely be making time for it today!!! I'm a little worried that my 1lb loss may be from muscle.
Looking through my journal, it seems to have been a whole month since I took my measurments last.
Bust: 39.5 .... down 1in Waist: 31.5 ... down 1in Tummy: 39 ..... down .5in Hips: 38.5 .... down .25in Arm: 10.75 .... down .25in Thigh: 24.5 ... down .5in
I can definitely see a difference in my waist. My clothes are looking better and I feel leaner.
