Damn, the Dr. must have taken out a LOT of HEAVY sutures yesterday! LOL Must have been that AND the good workout and low calorie count I had too... :)
I'll be on the road all day on biz, i hope i eat "smart". I generally don't.... :(

Great job on the loss and say to yuurself "I WILL eat smart!" There are apps to help you choose healthy options for when you are on the road. You have to use your control muscle. The more you use it, the stronger it becomes when you eat out.
