I ate salad last week with full fat dressing and all the fixings and this is what happened. I even fasted for 3 days before this weigh-in. I feel like it was a minor detour from my program but look what happened. This is crazy. I feel like I can’t win. Unless I’m following an extreme program I feel like the weight just won’t go away. What am I gonna do? I planned to break my fast today but now I don’t want to eat anything. 10 pounds??? HOW??? I don’t know what to do.
