I got a little over confident and didn’t count cals over the weekend. Yesterday I exceeded my max by 200 calories - so 3 days likely over my limit plus lingering Shark Week inflammation has led to this bump up. Will be interested to see if it goes down over the next few days, I hope this is water weight more than fat gain.
75,7 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 4,1 kg.    Sisa: 5,4 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
