I feel good! That is what it is all about right? I'm eating on my plan, not stressing about it or obsessing with it. I should exercise more, but HEY I feel good! The weekends are normally a difficult time for me. I have full caretaking duty of my mom (88, 89 next week Alzheimer's) and also sometimes friends come over and bring pizza & beer. BUT this weekend I'm not giving into that trap and taking one moment at a time. So far so SUPER! Went grocery shopping yesterday and also cooked some chicken & steak for the week. NO beer, no wine, no alcohol, no "NO" foods. So that is SUPER! Today I'm going to redo my profile and take mom to the library and outlet store. I know I'm going to make it through this first weekend on the plan.
