I have only lost 8 pounds since I started this journey. I will be honest. I haven’t been exercising and eating the wrong foods. When I get depressed, I want to eat anything in sight. Today is a new day!!
99,3 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 5,4 kg.    Sisa: 22,2 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

But, on the bright side, you've lost 8 pounds! I am a stress eater, and the middle of the night is when I struggle the most. But, when I manage to resist temptation, I feel so great when I get on the scale in the morning. You can do this, we're pulling for you!
