Last night I binged.

Today, I was reminded of the reasons why this is so important to me. It's a shame I can't convey that to myself at a constant rate.

Well, I am against that. Today I'd like to make up for the nature of what I picked to eat for breakfast by limiting my food for the rest of the day.

I wish I had a pen to write this down on my arm.

I would also like to ride my bike allot today. After all I will have to make up for the school time I'm losing right now. I could ask my dad for a bybicle lock and bike to the library and back. It wouldn't be the first time I do this. It takes about 20 minute with my bike to go from my library to my home. At most 25 minutes. Either way, it totals to about 40 minutes minimum.
