Cool this morning. 5 C. Very nice break. Supposed to hit 30 today. In F that's a variance of 41 to 86. We'd start getting firewood, but the bush is closed due to fire possibilities.

Weight holding well around the 25-2600 mark. Hope everyone else is seeing what they want to see. Have a good one.

I'm going back slowly. Tweaked the back a bit. Almost through that. I miss the routine. I have to listen to the body. Off for a hike today. That helps the back loosen up.
