Yay, another pound down. Moving apartments today - yet again. 3rd time in 6 months. 7 hours 'housework' packing stuff yesterday, plus horseriding in evening. My apartment purchase finally going through after 5 soul-destroying months. Hope to have the stability I need now, for eating, sleeping and exercising properly. Seeing the scales go down for the last two weeks is soooo motivating, despite all the disruption. Also, there's an ad for sports clothing on my FatSecret screen, with an image of a perfect curvy butt in skin-tight pink lycra. Surprisingly motivating too! Eternal optimist that I am, may my butt be there soon too. New apartment is up two floors so that'll help :-)
