I'm not going to say that I am remotely happy. I ate mindfully on my trip, hardly more than at home. I walked at least 7km each day, much tougher than a city-style walk (it was the Drakensberg). My scale shows this as mostly fat gain, only a little muscle gain 😭
60,5 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 13,5 kg.    Sisa: 8,5 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

Don't worry about it. I think it is normal for our bodies to gain/ lose with a change of routine. Things will even out again
