finally and down another pant size and fitting in my size small shirts again 5 months after having a baby so crazy!
68,6 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 17,6 kg.    Sisa: 14,2 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

you look amazing! I was looking at your previous posts, do you think adding the protein powder to your coffee has helped?

I feel like it really has helped but I only do it in days in work out I feel like I have to do both in the same day to make it work.
