Alright, the first official week of spike day is complete and I weighed in 167.2 which is a loss of .4lbs. Do not let that number deceive you at all though, that's what I was aiming for. As far as I'm concerned I am at a very good weight, I believe any weight gone from here too quickly will be muscle mass. However, with the body fat% going down slightly this week as well I can safely assume that I put on a slight amount of muscle (probably around .4%) so factor that in and the diet is even that more efficient. I would like to type more, but today is spike day and I have donuts to eat :)
