I haven't gone running in almost a week. Work has been extremely stressful. I've been binge eating to the point of pain on some days. Went for a hike yesterday. I started using plant protein powder as I am getting 1/2 the amount of recommended protein. Also bought potassium tablets.
81,4 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 4,8 kg.    Sisa: 17,9 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
