Chubby. Ha. I hope it never applies to me again. Bill, I'm not sure I'm a bodybuilder. A lifter I would buy. It is annoying to watch your body weight fluctuation a pound or two around what must be your actual weight even though you're on track with calories. Frustrating.

i never know. all i know is if i gave it my best shot or if i was slacking... weight BF% and muscle% is a result i cannot grasp. i hate going down soooo slow, but the mirror is reflecting a totally different story... yet i still can "grasp" the parts of my body that still need to go (*lol*)

I know where I am coming from, and I am proud when i look in the mirror. But people that don't know me, still see a "chubby" girl. They probably "tsk tsk" behind my back for dressing in way too tight clothes. I still am overweight, and i still look like I am pregnant all the time. weigh-in at gym today. i have to beat 43%BF ... if not i stayed stagnant in a month and that will make me depressed after all the hard work i have put into it this month... i don't think i can give any more...
