I'm not changing my weight yet. I have seen the scale move 2 lbs then back to 190 before work I felt thin lol so I jumped on and showed 185. So I'm seeing some progress somewhat but until it's stable at one weight for bit then 190 I shall keep it. One more week to go of this straight over night shift crap and so I'm hoping the change will help. even though I'll still work a few over nights it won't be as bad as this. Very much looking forward to starting my career with Eastern Health :)
