I didn't do too bad yesterday as far as snacking. I stayed within my RDI so I consider that a success! My intent was to do some cardio last night but by the time I got dinner cooked, everyone fed & put to bed, I was too exhausted to do anything but put myself to bed as well. I will do better today and have some fun, healthy plans for the weekend as well.
