Its moving down again!!! I know I shouldn't have weighed in today its naughty to do it too often but I have been good this last few days so I was happy and it seems to have worked a little bit. There are a couple of other factors which mean I may get a good result of Saturday morning, could I be well under 170 again for the first time in three or four months? I hope so, I feel liek I've really let myself go in the last couple of months but hopefully this is not another false dawn. Perhaps just incremental steps over the next few months will keep it going down if only slowly that would be good. Bizarrerly the fact I'm paying for the gym is a massive motivator and I'm glad its quite expensive or I would have not been bothered to go back!
