feeling much better about myself and definitely have more energy. not following the half-marathon training schedule as my shin splints are still bothering me. still motivated, especially with upcoming interview with Nigel. focusing on little to no carbs for dinner and smaller more frequent meals. not generally hungry in morning so delaying breakfast until after workout or when hungry. yay...in the 60's!!!!! I'm proud of myself! xo
