I haven't been doing amazingly, but I am trying. I introduced ice cream back into my life. I should probably not have any for awhile. I have a goal. Well 2 actually. I would like to be 179 by May 3rd which is the date we move into our new house. Yay! No more living in a teeny tiny motel room with 7 people. The next goal is to be at my goal weight of 168 by July 4th. I have a wedding I am shooting in July and seeing all my friends back home so I would like to wow them by being at my goal/.
I need to exercise more bc I am feeling very flabby and although I am losing weight I need to tone it up a bit.
Over the next week I would like to exercise at least 3 days a week with crunches everyday.
