Morning now post covid 4 weeks. Feeling good back at the gym cardio 6 days a week weights 2 x a week. Grateful! Food has been a little challenging because I have felt the need for more cals while recovering. This week I am going to try a deficit in cals. Slow and steady. I hope you are all well.
