I'm a 51 year old living in the UK.
Joined today as I have just been given the all clear from breast cancer and don't need any more treatment for now 👍🙏😊
Need to overhaul my diet and loose some weight and increase (start!!!) my exercise! so hopefully this will let me chat to other people and give me motivation! much needed!
