Thank you kat8me. Right now I'm going up and down and can't get below the 190 but I'm not discouraged and I am determined. This is normal with plateau and going up and down. I will eventually get to my goal. I might try fasting to give myself a boost but it's something I don't know about and have to my research on intermediate fasting for a week. I know you can do it and wish the best on your journey. 🙂
