Hi Anne it's a high cal breakfast around 450 cal oats yoghurt honey nuts and cheese small bread roll
Lunch protein Salad carbs no more that 50g
Dinner drinking yoghurt

Lunch carbs 50-100 & 150g of protein salad
Snacks fruit
Dinner cottage cheese but I have yoghurt drinking yoghurt Ayran 😊 am trying to find myself no longer invisible.😊
