So I return to my Fat Secret journal after 2 days of only... and I do mean only...fast food, 3 Krispy Kreme glazed hot diggitys, and a milkshake. I felt no guilt and enjoyed every sugary molecule! 😋😛 (Sorry not sorry).

Well it turns out becoming more metabolically healthy IS a thing. Two days of eating like that usually means 2-3 more lbs of me to love. lol

My journey to a better me started on Nov 4th, 2021 at 211 pounds. My metabolism clearly has gotten better at doing its job. I'm very excited to see where 2022 takes me. So....no Cheat Day this weekend. Back on the grind! 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️

81,6 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 2,9 kg.    Sisa: 4,1 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

Glad to hear you were able to enjoy it. , I’ve never had A Krispy Kreme doughnut, until this year. It’s absolutely incredibly delicious. Good job on returning to getting fit🤙🤙🤙🤙💪💪💪

Thank you @eh @ogirl and @bb 😁 . Reading the comments and seeing pics of all the healthy meals you guys are eating must be rubbing off on me! Lol. It also helps that I feel a hair stronger and healthier each week! Cheers!
