Hi. I have been stuck in high 80s for a while now and feeling frustrated. Tried weight loss programs in past but found it difficult to stick with them.
This is my first time with keeping a food diary and being very mindful of what calories I am consuming. I am following the 5:2 diet but keeping to 800 calories on those days. Also using my fit bit to monitor exercise and water intake.
I'm looking forward to fitting a smaller clothes size, having more energy and losing my tummy weight 🙃.
90 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 0 kg.    Sisa: 20 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

Good luck, you've got this! Have also just started food diary and calorie monitoring. Only day one... and already eye-opening. Seems like Fast800, 5:2 & IF attack belly fat. I hope so! 😅

Thanks for the encouragement. Attacking belly fat...I like the sound of that. Water is certainly helping in my attack...staving off the hunger.😀

I've just started the same programme. On second week of 800. I'm a similar weight so thought I'd follow you. Cheers
