It's been 11 years since my first weigh-in on this site. Not surprisingly, like so many others, I've regained weight (and associated issues like prediabetes) and so I begin again my efforts to get lighter, healthier and happier.

Initial goals (as in my bio):

- Not Morbidly Obese (BMI <35) - <236.7 - previously achieved Jun 2015
- Halfway to goal (50 lbs lost!) - 215 - previously achieved Oct 2016
- Not Obese (BMI <30) - <202.9 - was within a few pounds of this in 2016

It is *possible* and I think reasonable for me to achieve these goals within this year. But more importantly, as the pandemic has impacted heavier and older people, it is really becoming critical that I work towards a healthier me.
112,5 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 7,7 kg.    Sisa: 37,6 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
