Feel like I'm right there with ya on this buddy! I'd never realized how rough Thanksgiving through New Years was for dieters until this year! I've a feeling that winter foods in general are much heavier than our summer habits. Good luck to us both(!), and don't give up the effort! Congrats on the loss during tough times! Keep at it. ⚖️📉👍😊
