So been up since 6.20am mostly cooking today for my family and trying to overcome my carb addiction basically having what I fancy without bread rice or potatoes ...,breakfast was six hours ago still not that hungry will try to stretch it
74,9 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 10,1 kg.    Sisa: 4,9 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

970 kkal Lemak: 32,61g | Prot: 73,52g | Karb: 98,88g.   Makan Pagi: Marks & Spencer Greek Style Yogurt Unsweetened, Bananas , Walnuts, Rowse Pure & Natural Honey, Quaker Oats, Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Silver Spoon White Sugar. Makan Siang: Kellogg's Special K Biscuit Moments - Chocolate, Boiled Chicken, Molokhia, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Ful Medames. Makan Malam: Tesco Pastrami (10g). Camilan/Lainnya: Options Belgian Choc Hot Chocolate. lagi...

Don’t worry about your carb addiction! , I have a high carb diet , and have for a long time, like you, I don’t have bread, rice I’ve switched for all other whole grains (bulgur, barley, buckwheat, lentils) and I only have sweet potatoes, (very good for you) all these are full of fibre, and fibre is what keeps you feeling fuller for longer 👍🏻
