It's been a long day but today am full of energy full of beans Guess am eating the right way thanks do Dagher , Jamied140 Asma.bek each & everyone of you here ... sorry can't remember everyone's name but eating right does make a difference u can't remember someone mentioned that I needed to find what works for me spot on thank u for all ur support kindness & support I don't know about weight loss yet I just feel well today lots of energy ...so thank u everyone ♥️♥️ xxx
