Hunger strikes since I woke up very early had my coffee Hot water once am home nipped out for a walk could manage only a few steps my Ankles are swollen today no idea why ? Maybe I over did it yesterday 3.750 steps Am really doing my best soft weights later on Think it's age thing burn less I don't know all I do know it's never felt so difficult Praying for the strength & ability to carry on ..
