Well the family has stopped smoking. I have lost 3 lbs. overnight. If only I could lose that kind of weight daily I would be lighter in no time. Heck I would be happy to lose a lb. a day at this point. It only being day 2 though I know it was water and will take more effort as we go along to keep losing. Today it is chilly out so I am glad for the gym. I really craved munchies last night so instead of stuffing my gut, I did push ups and sit ups until the desire passed. As for the smoking, I woke craving a smoke but I have an e-cig to help get me broke of the need for them. Last time I used it about a week then found I didn't really want it. Hope to have a good day today.
