Haha! After discovering I'd gained another 1.5lbs I have stuck with it today.
I've not gone for a lunch time walk but I have....:
eaten 4/5 of my 5 a day (if I look at portion size) and still have all night to eat at least one fruit or veg with my tea
I've done my squats and sit ups
And I've got Karate tonight which should negate the lack of a walk
Hoorah I'm back on track!
