Celebration day today! Huge milestone and I can't beleive it. 40lbs loss. I'm determined, I'm logging every day, at the gym 6x a week and moving as much as I can. I'm also enjoying treats on occasion. If you are just getting started keep going, you got it this. If you have been here for a while you know what it takes.
