I need to be lass critical of my weight loss. I’m bouncing up and down a lot but not from cheating or anything. It’s from sodium and water retention. At the end of this week I still lost 2 whole pounds and my resolve is unwavering. 18 pnds in a month is great, by anyone’s standards. If I can keep steady with 8 pnds a month from here on out I’m golden. I just need to remember that the minute I decide to cheat, my weight loss routine never goes back to as good it started, and stop trying to look for shortcuts in food options. Anything with chemicals to replace natural ingredients are never a good alternative. Whole natural food is the only option I should be entertaining. My body has to change gears to figure out how to process it, which takes away from my progress for no good reason.
