Didn't lose any weight this week. Maybe I hit a plateau? Maybe I didn't workout hard enough? I don't feel like I did anything out of the usual. At least I didn't gain any weight. I started my period so maybe it's just water weight. Gonna recalculate my BMI and I just gotta step it up I guess =/
51,2 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 2,1 kg.    Sisa: 3,5 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

any weight NOT gained has to count for something! from your diet calendar you've been keeping a net calorie deficit so that's definitely a good sign. maybe you've gain some muscle mass too with workouts, but you haven't gained so that deserves kudos any way you look at it, good work!
