I entered a 1 month weightloss challenge that started on the 02 October 2021 and my offical weight was a whopping 142.2kg due to me going completely offplan.
1 month later we weighed in on the Monday(01 November 2021) and my weight dropped from 142.2kg to 124.8kg!!! That's a 17.4kg drop in 1 month!!!!
The bonus of it all was the R10 000 cash prize money :D
Now I'm on a 1 week break for Diwali and will start again next Monday :) Will definitely see a gain again next week but that's ok :)
