I’m not sure what magic lane my metabolism has found but I’m not going to do anything to change it. I’m going to continue to eat the same set of meals in order to ride this out. I guess I’m doing a blend of low carb and fasting right now based on my meal patterns since I have a cup of coffee around 8-9am, first meal 12-1pm and dinner between 7-8. I’m consuming about 12-1300 calories and have some great basic flavors in my meals. YEA ME!!!
