Thanks, I totally know what I need to consume, I have been unemployed the past month and a half, and my gym is currently closed. These two things combined have been a gong show, BUT I should be back to a new job within the week. Then my focus will be aligned again. It's so funny because my plan was to hit the gym while looking for work...that did not happen.
