Down one more pound --slow and steady progress!
I have done well with the diet, but haven't exercised as much as I'd like. I'm home with the kids by myself this week, and it's hard to get out of the house. Plus it was hot HOT here yesterday, then we had big thunderstorms and lots of rain. I can lift weights inside during the kids' naptime or after they go to bed, though, which I'll do again today. Every little bit helps, I guess!
